OUR Story

Hi & welcome to the new Friendly Fox, Bassaleg.

We are 4 local businessmen from varied professions with a drive & desire to bring back this fantastic local pub in the heart of the Bassaleg community. Our main aim is to reinvent this family-friendly pub & put it back on the map for honest food, great drinks and good times.

We have big plans for The Fox and with private areas to hire, we want to be your go-to for birthdays, weddings, wakes, christenings, engagements & Christmas parties. However, if you’re just after a decent pub meal and large glass of wine after a hard day - we’re good for that too!

With the 4 of us living in (or from) the local & surrounding area, we hope you will support your NEW Friendly Fox as we take this wonderful pub through its next lease of life.

We look forward to meeting the locals (and those further afield!) from 12pm on Saturday 12th November 2022.
